2001 to 2023 Vice Chancellor and Founder, Uganda Pentecostal UniversityProf. Ntambirweki served as the Vice Chancellor and Founder of Uganda Pentecostal University for over two decades, spearheading its growth and impact in higher education.
1994 to 2005
Senior Lecturer in Public Law, Faculty of Law, Makerere University
During this period, Prof. Ntambirweki held the esteemed position of Senior Lecturer in Public Law at Makerere University’s Faculty of Law, where he contributed significantly to legal education and scholarship.
1989 to 2010 International ConsultantProf. Ntambirweki’s expertise was sought after by numerous prestigious organizations and governments. He served as a consultant in various capacities to UNEP, UNDP, IUCN / ELC, PAC, FAO, IFAD, UNICEF, UNECA, ACTS, GTZ, DANIDA, IDRC, Government of Uganda, East African Community, SIDA, and NEMA. His consultancy work spanned across multiple countries in Africa including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Gambia, Cameroon, Senegal, Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Egypt, Pakistan, and Ethiopia.

Visiting Professor of Environmental Law, McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, California, USA
Prof. Ntambirweki shared his expertise internationally as a visiting professor at the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, focusing on environmental law and governance.
1989 to 1990 Programme Officer, UNEPProf. Ntambirweki contributed to environmental conservation efforts as a Programme Officer at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) during this period.
1987 to 1991

Prof. Ntambirweki shared his expertise with students at the University of Nairobi as a Lecturer in Public Law.
1981 to 1987 Lecturer, Devonshire College of AccountancyProf. Ntambirweki’s dedication to education extended to Devonshire College of Accountancy, where he served as a lecturer, imparting knowledge in his field.

Prof. Ntambirweki’s also taught at the Department of Marketing, Uganda College of Commerce, where he laid the foundation for his impactful journey in academia.
